• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

​

• Refunds are not issued once a service has been completed, except in cases of error or dissatisfaction determined by the provider.

• If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as early as possible and offered a new appointment time.

​

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled within the required notice period.
